The next step I took was to separate this stranger male Sim from mine back into his own household again and that's when I was able to delete him. There I was able to edit/delete the female, but not the male. So I took that household and merged it with a single Sim of mine (that I do play). When I decided to delete them, it wouldn't click. ANDO was their last name and the couple was a maid female with a maid male Sim. Then a all-caps last name?!?! It blew my mind. I repaired the game in the EA app yet again and then reloaded Sims 4 yet again, just now, and no matter which Sim I pick the game crashes by going to the 'Select a World' menu and I can't pick any Sim to play. I managed to load a third Sim in a different world (I was going to invite the Sims stuck in the gallery over to the third Sim's house to see if that would work), but all of this third Sim's human contacts were gone. I then sent another Sim to the City Living Art Gallery, the game crashed again in the same way. I tried to load the first Sim (the one stuck at the art gallery) and the game crashed again by going to the 'Select a World' menu with no Sim selected. Then I restarted the computer and reloaded Sims 4, it gave me an error message that I had saved on 'manage worlds' and that had caused an error. I then tried to ctrl+alt+del the game, that wasn't working either. It all started when one of my sims went to the City Living Art Gallery and the game froze.
